About Congress
Identification Badge
Upon registration, each delegate will receive an identification badge. Delegates must wear their identification badges at all times during the Congress period. For security purposes, admission to the meeting rooms will be limited to those wearing identification badges.
Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous interpretation from English to Japanese will be provided for all General Continuing Education presentations. The Proceeding notes for these sessions will also be translated into both languages.
Official Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation is available upon request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participant’s travel and visa arrangements and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support, unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be issued at the time of registration to delegates who are pre-registered. For onsite registrants, a certificate will be available at the end of the Congress. No certificates will be issued after the Congress.
