Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or bank transfer. Payments must be made in Canadian Dollars. Note there is a $35 surcharge for payments made by bank transfer. Information on where to send your payment by cheque or bank transfer will be included with your registration confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Request for refunds must be received in writing at Rosario.Cerundolo@vetdermvancouver.com.
Requests received before June 1, 2012 will be refunded in full, less $90 (Canadian) administrative fee.
Requests received after June 1, 2012 unfortunately cannot be honoured.
Substitutions (ie. name changes) are allowed.
